ipod touch gen 3 8gb jb questions

我Download左iPod3,1_4.3.3_8J2_Restore,但5係 ipa/ipsw ,而係 zip.之後我跟住教學黎改檔名,雖然改到去 ipsw ,但係在itunes 禁shift + 回復,揀左iPod3,1_4.3.3_8J2_Restore.ipsw , 但係itunes 話iPod3,1_4.3.3_8J2_Restore.ipsw 同 ipod 不相容.... How should I do ?????
